RETURN POLICY
As fellow gigging musicians, we are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products and happy with your purchase. In the event that our products are not what you expected, you are free to return it within 60 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be in like-new condition with no signs of wear or damage
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Items showing signs of use, missing components, or damaged packaging cannot be accepted
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the simple steps to return an item:
- Visit our Contact Us page and select "Request a Return" from the dropdown menu.
- Once your return request is approved, you'll receive return instructions by email.
- Repackage your return in the original box, with all manuals and included accessories. Make sure to include a printed copy of your RMA and any information provided in the return approval email.
- Ship the package back to the Coda Music Technologies Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
CHARGES AND CREDITS
Shipping charges - You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receiving your refund - Products must be returned in original condition. Assuming they are, we do not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund, minus any shipping charges, to the payment method originally used.
